(Des Moines, IA) -- An Urbandale woman has been arrested for multiple hit- and- run crashes and leading police on a chase Friday.
Des Moines Police say 23-year old Laneazha Brooks is charged in four, hit and run collisions in northwest Des Moines.
The pursuit ended when Brooks got out of her car and tried to run away from the scene. She was caught a short distance away.
Brooks is charged with leaving the scene of an accident and eluding.
