(Iowa) -- Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is ordering all flags in Iowa to be flown at half-staff Tuesday.
Reynolds ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff in honor of Robert W. Pratt, a former federal judge who served in the U.S. Southern District of Iowa from 1997 to 2023. Pratt died on Wednesday of last week at the age of 78. Flags will fly at half-staff until sunset at the State Capitol Complex, and businesses, schools, and individuals are encouraged to fly their flags at half-staff during that time period as well.
