Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy is reportedly scheduled to interview for the Tennessee Titans head coaching vacancy, ProFootballTalk reports.

Nagy, 47, who had previously served as the head coach of the Chicago Bears from 2018 to 2021, is among several candidates reported to be interviewing for the position, along with Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, former Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski and former Atlanta Falcons head coach Raheem Morris.

Nagy had previously worked with Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi during their shared tenure with the Chiefs prior to Borgonzi being hired by Tennessee last year. Nagy will initially participate in a virtual interview this week and an in-person interview could take place later this month.

Nagy initially took over as the Chiefs' quarterbacks coach in 2015 before being promoted to offensive coordinator in 2016. The former Delaware quarterback was hired by the Bears in 2018 and went 34-31, which included winning an NFC North Division title in his first season and two playoff appearances, but a 6-11 record in 2021 prior to his firing.

The Chiefs ranked 20th among all 32 NFL teams in total offense with 320.4 yards per game and 21st in scoring offense with 21.3 points per game.
