(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A judge is denying a venue change for Luke Truesdell, the 34-year-old accused of a quadruple homicide in rural Linn County last year.
The District Court Judge says in her ruling that she has confidence they'll be able to find an un-biased jury in a county with a population of over 200,000 people.
Truesdell confessed to police that he killed four friends with a metal pipe, telling investigators it would make a good movie plot.
The trial is scheduled to start in April.
