Officials are confirming four deaths and 35 injured so far from the tornado that hit Greenfield earlier this week.

At least 14 of those hurt were transported to hospitals outside of Adair County.

The Adair County Health System Hospital sustained significant damage in the storm, resulting in patients being transferred.

The National Weather Service says this tornado was "at least" an EF-3.

Governor Kim Reynolds will hold another press conference from Greenfield later this morning.
