Teen charged after allegedly making threats at Pleasantville High School

An Iowa teen has been charged after alleged threats at Pleasantville High School. Police in Pleasantville were made aware for a potential threat by a student at Pleasantville High at the end of the school day on Wednesday.

The student was detained on campus and questioned by police.

Police are now charging the student with first-degree criminal harassment.

They say there's no ongoing threat to the Pleasantville community.
