Recently we lost a great American Hero, Colin Powell. he worked his way through the challenging world of the military then as if that wasn't enough got entangled in the unpredictable world of politics. He determined to speak his mind but was sometimes forced to bend the truth, efforting in order to protect the interests of our nation. Sometimes that bend was too acute and caused us to lose respect with the rest of the world. Many wanted him to eventually run for president and I think he would have been excellent and represent our country honorably and put it back on track as the leader of the free world. He was a survivor both internationally and domestically he, held this country in high esteem. It was he who made the decision not to run, I'm sure when his time was coming he had fought enough battles and was ready to enjoy the way of life he valiantly protected and loved so dearly. After 84 years his Supreme Commander called him to his final Post. Rest in Peace and thank you for all your efforts to keep the "Ship of State Afloat"
