At times my sick sense of humor comes forth, the City of Ames Parks and Recreation is sponsoring a "Backyard Campout" this Saturday. It's a way to break the monotony of this Covid 19 isolation we've been experiencing especially if you have kids at home. One of the claims for doing this is you don't have to worry about bears, it is in this vein that the demon that lives within is encouraging me to go out and rent a bear suit and visit some of these campouts. What do you think my life span would be? Some would just laugh and go along with it while others would contact the mental ward to come get me and I'm sure their would be some who would bravely wrestle the bear to protect the children. All in all, I think it would be a lot of fun! (Satan get thee behind me!)
