OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF BABES

Having just gone through Father's Day, you know, a day where our kids hopefully heap praise for the way we have helped them through life thus far. A humbling experience for many of us as we just did what we thought was right with love. Fortunately we intentionally or accidentally made some right decisions and our kids turned out better than what we planned or deserved. Mine often have me laughing hysterically or crying like a baby, but then there are those solemn moments as they seek our sage advice, you know, the ones where you say a silent prayer afterwards hoping you were right. It's an honor to have the title of parents and walk the path of life with our children sharing and often learning together. Most of all when our path ends we've done the best we could in preparing them for their lives and parental walk with their kids.
