Just thinking about the loss of Doris Day and how my Mom would react, it's probably good my Mom died first or her mourning would overwhelm her life. If Doris was on the theater marquis it was guaranteed our butts were in the theater seats. As you may recall, Mom's philosophy of life came from "Ce Cera Cera, What will be will be, the futures not ours to see, ce cera cera" I'm sure Doris was greeted at heavens gate by her biggest fan. In that same vein I will forever be indebted to the comedic genius of Tim Conway. He could make you laugh at your own funeral. His subtle delivery and brilliant timing were amazing at wringing out every drop of humor. Rest in peace Doris and Tim, heaven shines even brighter with it's 2 latest stars.
