If you are planning on flying before this Government shutdown ends, I wish you luck. Many TSA workers are calling in sick or just not showing up creating unbelievable waits to get through security. The air traffic controllers are increasingly not showing up for work creating further delays. They all will suffer from the acid tongues of travelers who say they'll eventually get paid once this is over. To this I say try paying your bills with money you'll get some day. These are not individuals these are families, when the number 800,000 is thrown out there multiply it by at least 3. The wall and the shutdown should never have been coupled it is tantamount to political black mail and neither sided is willing to pay the ransom, in the meantime hundreds of thousands of citizens pay the price.
