I know I've already written a Thanksgiving piece but as I sit here this morning it gives me time for reflection and contemplation. We are so blessed to have each other in our lives although lately in the political turbulence of these times we sometimes place our feelings of the moment over the many precious years we have shared before. Take today and set politics aside to enjoy those who have been a part of your life, people who have been there for you when you needed them. Folks that have shared your smiles and your tears. Many of us have oft reflected on some silly little difference that deprived us of sharing more moments in life with some one who has passed, we can never get those back. Let's set a new goal to not let hatred and blacken our hearts, to rise above it and have pity on those who would endeavor to darken the day. I'm an old child of the 60's who would rather practice peace, love and understanding than spew the divisiveness of todays political world. Again I thank you for being a part of my life and for sharing a part of yours...Happy Thanksgiving!
