Five Story County companies will use money from the Iowa Economic Development Authority to expand their operations and add jobs. The Eby Corporation in Story City, Burke Marketing Corporation in Nevada, 3M, Automed and Nebullam of Ames will use direct finanicial assiantace, loans, or tax breaks from the authority to build new, expand or repurpose their facilities and create jobs. The Ames Economic Development Corporation says the IDEA assitance will create 330 jobs and nearly $186 million in capital investment across the five companies.
