LULAC says "hate speech" connected to Tibbetts death

A Latino civil rights organization wants to stop hateful rhetoric swirling around the state after the death of Mollie Tibbetts.  The League of United Latin American Citizens of Iowa held a rally at the state capitol Thurdsday night after reports of hateful robocalls from a white supremacist group.  Also, a picture shared on the LULAC Council 307 Facebook page showed a message of "deport illegals" spray-painted on a Des Moines road.  Authorities say the man accused of killing tibbetts' is an undocumented immigrant.
