Arrest made in Tibbetts' disappearance

The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation says it's made an arrest in the disappearance of Mollie Tibbetts'. Christhian Bahena Rivera, 24, is charged with first degree murder. Officals say Rivera was driving up and down a road in Brooklyn where Tibbetts was running on July 18th.  When he eventually ran beside her, Tibbetts told him she was going to call police if he didn't leave her alone.  Authorities say Rivera told them he blacked out, and when he came-to, Ttibbetts was in the trunk of his car.  Rivera says he then dragged her to a cornfield where he left her body.  DCI says an autopsy will positively identify mollie tibbetts, even though investigators believe her body was the one found in that field.  In addition, Immigration and Customs Enforcement say Rivera's been in the country illegally for as long as seven years.  ICE issued a detainer with the Poweshiek County Sheriff’s Office on Rivera to make certain he would not be released.
