Flooding at Ledges State Park in Boone Co. means RAGBRAI will be re-routed around the park. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says the route on July 24th will be changed. Rriders will take Quill Ave. instead of going by Honey Creek Golf Club and Ledges.
