The casket of former Iowa governor Robert Ray will lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda on Thursday. The public visitation from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. will allow Iowans to pay their respects to the former governor. Officials ask attendees to come starting at 4:00 p.m. so they can be screened by security.
