An Iowa Falls man is dead after a crash, Sunday, near the Story-Hamilton county line. The Iowa State Patrol says Chad Chelsvig, 34, was driving a 1964 Chevy Nova northbound on Highway 69 at the 100th St. intersection when he left the road and struck a utility pole. The car came to rest on the driver’s side. The patrol says Chelsvig was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. He was taken to Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames where he died from his injuries. No one else was in the car at the time.
