Tuition's going up at Iowa's state universities. The Board of Regents voted unanimously Thursday to increase tuition for the upcoming school year at Iowa State University, the University of Iowa, and University of Northern Iowa. Base tuition will go up for in-state undergraduates at ISU and Iowa by $284 a year and at UNI by $209. Non-resident undergraduates will an addtional $600 a year at iowa, $852 at Iowa State and just over $200 dollars more at Northern Iowa.
