Regents to vote on tuition hike

The Iowa Board of Regents' meeting at the University of Northern Iowa continues Thursday with a vote on tuition increases for the upcoming school year. Rates at Iowa State University and the University of Iowa are set to rise 3.8 percent for resident undergraduates. The University of Northern Iowa is proposing a 2.8 percent hike for Iowa students. The schools are also proposing different rate hikes for nonresident undergraduates.
