The Iowa Board of Regents meeting gets underway Tuesday at the University of Northern Iowa. The big discussion comes Thursday when the board is set to vote on tuition increases for the upcoming school year. Rates at Iowa State University and the University of Iowa are set to rise 3.8 percent for resident undergrads. The University of Northern Iowa is proposing a 2.8 percent hike for in-state students. The schools are also proposing different rate hikes for non-resident undergrads.
