Flooding continues in eastern Iowa. In Davenport Saturday a man who needed medical attention had to be rescued by boat. His house and the rest of his neighborhood is surrounded by flood water making it impossible to drive in and out. South of Davenport, the Mississippi River at Muscatine is nearly three feet over flood stage. At Burlington, the Mississippi is now in major flood stage and still rising.
