Iowa AG reaches settlement with suppliment company

Iowa Attorney General's Office is announcing a settlement against  a dietary supplement-maker that claims it's product increases brain power.  Attorney General Tom Miller says nearly 200 Iowans were taken for $23,000, buying a product called Intellux. Miller says the company had a network of hundreds of individual marketers, all over the world.   He says there were bogus celebrity endorsements, and fake claims, falsely attributed to legitimate news outlets.   Miller says the Iowans duped, will get their money back.
