Lots of people in northern Iowa are digging out from lots of snow for the middle of April. The National Weather Service says parts of Kossuth County saw a foot of snow over the weekend while parts of Palo Alto County saw almost 10 inches. The snow isn't over yet--the weather service says northern Iowa is in for some more wintry weather on Wednesday. An exact forecast hasn't developed yet.
