Parts of Iowa brace for more snow, wind

Northern Iowa is again in the crosshairs of a winter storm.  The National Weather Service says Estherville and Mason City could see between six and eight inches of snow on Sunday.  Snow totals drop off farther to the south, but Fort Dodge and Waterloo could see up to six inches.  The weather service says it is concerned about high winds during the storm, which would create blowing snow.
