"Sanctuary City" bill headed for Reynolds' desk

A bill cracking down on "sanctuary cities" is headed for Gov. Reynolds' desk--even though there aren't any in Iowa.  The Senate passed the measure 28-18 Wednesday night just a day after the House passed it.  Under the bill, state aid would be taken from cities that don't abide by federal immigration requests to hold undocumented immigrants who are in local jails.
