Snow in Iowa Tuesday will be followed by bitterly cold wind chills Wednesday morning. Multiple counties are under a winter storm warning and others are under a winter weather advisory. Eight inches of snow's forecast in sheldon and estherville, along with six inches in Algona and Mason City. After the snow moves on, wind chills are expected to be below zero along and north of Highway 20 while single-digit chills are expected to the south.
