Reynolds signs budget cut bill

More than $35 million in cuts to the current fiscal year's budget are now official. Governor Reynolds signed a bill containing the cuts Wednesday--just a week after they were passed by the House and Senate.  Only Iowa State and the University of Iowa will see their budgets cut as part of the take-back from the Regents system.  Money will also be taken back from the departments of Human Services and Corrections.
