Corbett sues for spot on ballot

Republican Ron Corbett says he's appealing a ruling that prevents him from being on June's primary ballot against Governor Kim Reynolds.  Corbett says the GOP party establishment was out to get him from the time he announced his candidacy. Two Republicans on the State Challenge Board, Secretary of State Paul Pate and Auditor Mary Mosiman, both voted to rule Corbett ineligible as he was eight petition signatures short of the number required by state law. Corbett says the request for a judge to review the case has been filed in Polk County District Court and should take a few weeks.  He says he'll accept the results of the judge's ruling.
