Corbett's petitions questioned

Republican candidate for governor Ron Corbett may have some trouble on his hands.  The Iowa Republican publisher Craig Robinson says an examination of petitions filed by Corbett's campaign last week turned up a number of duplicate signatures that puts him below the number required under state law for inclusion on the June primary ballot against Gov. Reynolds. Robinson laid out his findings in a letter to the Secretary of State. A panel of State Auditor Mary Mosiman, Secretary of State Paul Pate and Attorney General Tom Miller will meet to decide if the complaint has merit.  That meeting likely will occur next week.
