A bill cutting $35 million from the current fiscal year is headed for Gov. Kim Reynolds' desk.  The Senate passed the cuts Wednesday-- a day after the House approved them.  Iowa State University and the University of Iowa will bear the brunt of cuts to the Regents system.  Money will also be taken back from the departments of Human Services and Corrections.
