Iowa House approves constitutional gun amendment

Language mirroring the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution could be coming to Iowa.  The House voted 54-42 Monday to approve language that gives Iowans gun rights in the state constitution.  The proposal must be passed by the Senate this year and pass both chambers next session.  Voters would then decide if it's added to the state constitution.
