Iowa's Congressional delgation is concerned about what could happen if President Trump follows through with his tariff proposal. Trump got a letter Wedesday from Iowa Senators Chuck Grassley and Joni Ernst along with Represenatatives Rod Blum, Dave Loebsack, David Young, and Steve King. They say Iowans could feel the effect of retaliation by other countries if tariffs on steel and aluminum are adopted. All six members addressed agriculture, saying specifically that soybean exports to China are one area where farmers would be hurt.
