Iowa tax refunds delayed

If you haven't gotten your state income tax refund, you're not alone.  A legislative report says the state's issued $71 million less in refunds than at this time last year.  Iowa Department of Revenue director Courtney Kay-Decker says there's been some delay as they check returns for fraud. She says it's best to check the state revenue department's "Where's My Refund" website for the latest information on your refund.
