Iowa Legislature passes water quality bill

Lots of money will be put toward water quality projects in Iowa with passage of legislation on Tuesday.  The House passed a measure that was approved by the Senate last year.  Water quality projects will be funded to the tune of $282 million.  Boone Republican representative Chip Baltimore ripped the bill on the House floor, saying the measure the House passed last year was better because it included nearly everybody.
