Northwest Iowa is digging out from a blizzard that swept through the area Monday.  Snow totals included more than five inches in Clay County, six inches in Sioux Center, nine inches in Milford, and a foot in Sioux City.  Travel isn't advised on parts of US Highways 20 and 75 along with Iowa Highways 3 and 12.  Other roads in northwest Iowa are either partially or completely covered.
