There's a change on the Iowa House Judiciary Committee. Boone Republican Representative Chip Baltimore was relieved of his chairmanship for the remainder of the session. The decision by House Speaker Linda Upmeyer comes following Baltimore's OWI arrest in Ames on Friday. Bondurant Representative Zach Nunn takes over as chair of the Judiciary Committee.
