Chief Justice decries budget cuts

Iowans are losing access to justice.  Those are the words of Iowa Chief Justice Mark Cady, who says budget cuts are hurting the courts and programs available to residents.  Cady said budget restraints mean no expansion of rehabilitation programs that are working for Iowans.  Cady says with fewer judges and supporting court personnel than in the past, it's a daily struggle to coordinate and deliver services.
