The 2018 Iowa Legislative session begins Monday. It's the first session for Governor Kim Reynolds--she'll confront a challenge faced by her predecessor: the budget. Reynolds headed off a special legislative session last fall by transferring money from the state's reserve funds to balance the books. Lawmakers are back to deal with the budget and a host of other issues in the next three months including medicaid and tax reform.
