A Nevada man faces charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a child. James Moore, 78, is accused of forcibly kissing a nine-year-old girl and touching her inappropriately earlier this year. Moore was arrested and taken to the Story County Jail Wednesday. He posted a $50,000 bond and has been released with a January 2nd court date.
