Those affected by Medicaid privatization are sharing their frustrations with state officials. A Medicaid meeting in Des Moines Tuesday was used to talk about experiences with the state's privatized program. Some talked about in-home care not being provided while others wanted to make sure they wouldn't have to go through any more changes to the system. Those changes include AmeriHealth Caritas leaving the state's program last week and AmeriGroup announcing it doesn't have room to take new members.
