State workers could see health cost hike

Thousands of state employees could soon see higher health care costs.  Under the 2018 state employees' group insurance plan through Wellmark, more than 18,000 state workers would see larger premiums.  Officials say the state would save more than $20 million under the plan.  Critics say it reduces the number of health insurance options from five to two and drives up costs.
