State information technology experts are working around the clock to fix a computer glitch, in Iowa's court system. the problem has to do with electronic filing of documents. Judicial branch spokesman Steve Davis says the electronic system worked "off and on" Monday, but went down completely on Tuesday. Iowa courts have used electronic filing for the past couple years. Davis says until the problem is fixed, they'll file documents manually.
