Two ISU President finalists announced

We now know two of the four finalists for Iowa State University's next president.  The Board of Regents say the second finalist is Pamela Whitten.  she is currently the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost at the University of Georgia in Athens.  Whitten will visit campus Tuesday to meet with faculty, staff, students and the community.  She'll participate in a public forum in the Memorial Union Tuesday afternoon at 4:00.  

Meantime, Sonny Ramaswamy is on the ISU campus today.  He's director of the National Institute of Food and Agriculture in Washington, D.C.  Ramaswamy will be a part of a public forum today at 4:00 p.m.  Live video streaming of the forum for all candidates is available on the ISU presidential search website.
