A Nevada woman faces arson charges stemming from an apartment fire last month. Erica Tinnermeier, 33, was arrested Sunday and charged with 2nd Degree arson and animal neglect. Nevada police say at the time of the fire, several animals were in cages. Both the fire department and her neighbors were able to rescue the animals from the residence. Court records show that a search warrant was executed at the home on Friday. Tinnermeier was released after posting bond.
