Iowa Republican senators Chuck Grassley and Joni Ernst aren't thrilled about a disaster relief bill that includes a debt ceiling increase. Both voted against the final bill Thursday after the Senate included a three-month debt ceiling hike along with money for hurricane Harvey relief. Ernst says America's spending needs to be addressed before raising the debt ceiling again. She also continued a call for Congress to stay in Washington through its scheduled October recess.
