New figures are shining a light on how the last class of graduating seniors did on the ACT college readiness test. The testing company says Iowa's composite score fell to 21.9 this past school year from 22.1 for the 2016 graduating class. The good news is more students in Iowa met the benchmarks in the test's different subjects than the national average.
