ISU, UI back DACA students

Iowa's two biggest public universities say they support students given a chance at life in the U.S. by DACA.  Iowa State president Ben Allen wrote a campus-wide message and Iowa president Bruce Harreld put his name on a letter written by members of the Association of American Universities.  Student government leaders at Iowa also wrote a letter supporting Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipients.  Their actions come after the Trump administration says it's ending the DACA program in six months if Congress doesn't pass legislation to address it.
