Sukup opens ISU Research Park office

An Iowa manufacturer is setting up shop in the Iowa State University Research Park. Sukup Manufacturing says it will open an office Sept. 1. Company president Charles Sukup says his company has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, creating the ideal time to grow. He says they view the new office as an opportunity to capitalize on the engineering and technical expertise of Iowa State students and Research Park professionals. Sukup already has an ISU presence with its name on a building in the university's Biorenewables Complex and on two athletic facilities. The Sheffield-based company calls itself the world’s largest family-owned and operated grain storage, drying and handling equipment manufacturer.
