Reynolds slams planned tuition hikes

Gov. Reynolds isn't happy with proposed tuition hikes at the state's largest public universities. During her weekly news conference, she said "there is no way that iowa families could afford a seven-percent increase over five years."  That's what the University of Iowa proposed this week after Iowa State presented a similar plan last week.  The University of Northern iowa has proposed a smaller increase that's dependent on state funding.
